Jennifer is an Organizational Development & Change Management Consultant, Professional Development Designer & Facilitator, Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner, Certified Trauma-Informed & Brain-Based Coach, Parenting Programming Creator, Columnist and Author.

Jennifer has combined her years of classroom experience with evidence-based practices to create informational and transformational experiences that uplift and inspire any workplace culture.

Heidi Marlinghaus, M. Ed.

Mindfulness Coach

Heidi is a former elementary classroom teacher and is certified in Toolbox Project and mindfulness.  She concentrates her energy on building emotional intelligence in her clients to improve their relationships with themselves and others.  She and Jennifer work to design national conferences.

Diversity and Social Change Specialist

Marya is passionately advocated for cultural proficiency in workspaces for over a decade.  She leverages her own narrative to empower others and works tirelessly to bring a social justice lens to organizations.  Marya and Jennifer facilitate equity conversations in person. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Leadership Strategist

Nick has varied administrative experiences as principal, assistant superintendent, and school board member.  His consistent primary focus is advocating for diverse voices from all stakeholders in then executive decision-making process.  He is also a graduate lecturer for educational leadership.
